Flower Friday Tea and Cookies Edition

The lovely gracious host BikerBear in this blip mentioned the twist for Flower Friday is food and/or drink... So hear is my contribution of tea and cookies ;-) 

A close friend stopped by to say hi and brought some lovely muffins and stayed for a chat. She will be having here family over tomorrow.. All 16 of them. The first Christmas without their dad/ her husband..

The outdoor chairs feet are all wrapped in duct tape to protect the wood floors, the spare folding chairs we brought out of the closet, the extra table brought in from the garage, the holiday plates and napkins ready, oh and it is snowing.. It might be a white Christmas Eve at least...

Watching football, eating snacks, and just relaxing till tomorrow..
