White Chocolate Cheesecake

Made these two White Chocolate Cheesecakes because I'm not a Christmas pudding or cake fan, and stollen and mince pies don't really do it for me either so it's an alternative, not that I will eat them all by myself.

Tomorrow I have another few hours to spend in the kitchen making Cheese Puffs and Spinach Cheese Squares to go with the other finger foods.
