San Francisco and Christmas

We have arrived and there were dogs everywhere.
I too was noticed but in the hotel foyer there was everything from  twin Jack Russel’s to a Golden Retriever and also a LOT of people so we had to divert for a bit while they got our room organised.
We did and found the Apple store…Opps…and Macy's…and a truly wonderful turkey cranberry and melted cheese (with dijon mustard) toasted sandwich. Americans make wonderful sandies. So we are now installed on the 11th floor complete with freewifi, and an electric jug, a rare beast in the US but vital for Tea and a pretty good view out the window. The 30 minutes spent around Union Square was sheer fun but tomorow (after a good nights sleep) will be funner.
