Palace Kitchen...

We went a trip to Linlithgow Palace today, and were fascinated by the warren of rooms still intact enough to walk through.

This is the 'extra' kitchen in the 'basement' for when the main kitchens couldn't cope! I am intrigued by the different colours which appeared in this picture, taken hand held with no flash.

I later went right up to the top tower of the Palace and took a picture of my friends in the courtyard - but they were too far away for it to make a good blip. (At least I went up!)
