A partridge in a pear tree.....

...at Kew Gardens this evening. One of the Twelve Days of Christmas so well depicted in their Christmas lights festival. (REALLY disappointed with most of my photos...) It really was amazing...lots of great illuminations...just it was SO cold! The best remedy was hot chocolate/mulled wine and frequent visits to the proverbial Gift Shop to warm up.

We headed to Kew on the tube after a really happy time with friends and their visitors over lunch and then enjoying The Carole King story, Beautiful, together. Great lyrics and music and so much I could join in with!
