Blip the heron

....that's what my friends said. I had dogs playing in verious poses, too. 
Got my new tele zoom lens today, but not the nicest weather to try it out. Mr. Heron was eyeing the dog but staid put. 

I bagged a very nice salary rise for next year, and the best thing about it, I am pretty sure I earned it, too. Getting redeemed for your efforts, that is nice!

And so I am starting into my christmas holidays with a good feeling. 
The best feeling is to have great friends. 
Tomorrow, I will walk with a nice lady with her very nice dog, possibly in the mountains, and afterwards I will get a massage for my aching back. All sounds good for me tonight.
