Preparation.

Early tomorrow and I do mean early, 5 o'clock has been threatened; we are off on another boating adventure.

So most of the day has been spent getting things sorted out ; packed; and much of it in the Land Rover ready for morning.

The shot shows books and one of the Walkie Talkies.  The Walkie Talkies are particularly useful as our route will take us through a part of the canal which is so narrow and blind you need to send crew along to check no boats are coming.  THey are also useful to inform who ever is at "the sharp end" of Kingfishers in the bushes or the need for a cuppa.

Internet will probably be patchy so a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in case I don't get chance to post until after the holiday.
