Iceland Day 3 - Plates, Falls and Geysers

Today we toured the Golden Circle, taking in Thingvellir National Park where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, Gullfoss waterfall and the StrokKur Geyser.

It was amazing to see the beauty and force of nature in so many different guises right in front of us.  The sights and sounds of Gullfoss took our breath away and the sight and smell of Strokkur did very much  the same.
