amount of sugar!!

APS organised an afternoon tea for us
My dad drove us there
APS drove me home

it was lovely to get out of here for a couple of hours

pain still awful at night, walking is still difficult but I know I'm feeling better 

(Warned my daughter she may be cooking Christmas dinner and my supervision)
