Christmas shopping
I had to take S back to see the surgeon in Narbonne today, so we took advantage of the trip to do our Christmas shopping in les Halles. Lézignan market yesterday was very quiet, probably due to the chilly weather, but it was all go here. Beef for roasting, smoked salmon, massive gambas, foie gras, and a number of other goodies were bought. It was a very efficient morning; after shopping, we got the the hospital a little early, and as the surgeon was in his office with nothing to do he saw S right away. So we were soon off home with yet another prescription. Bandages still required!
As you can see from the extra, snapped as I walked to the market after miraculously finding a parking space not far away, it was a beautiful day, 13C by the time we were driving home.
