And....relax.

A VERY HIDEOUSLY AWFULLY STRESSFUL ARRRGH OF A DAY slightly difficult day at work along with PMT FROM HELL a slight hormone imbalance, did not make for a happy relaxed me this evening.

A nice meal, some ice cream, a lovely evening and good company did the trick though.

By the way, last night I dreamt I loaned out bowls of cous cous based on external door light levels & was interviewed for TV over the phone about the effect of grated cheese on the weather :-/
