Bird Food

Working from home so managed to get out for a run. It felt rather hard going though. But as my coach (on the NHS podcast) says, a bad run is better than no run.
I've been watching these berries outside our house - the blackbirds treat it as a little cafe stop and hang around there for snack and chat.
