This is the Face...

.....of a seriously happy young lady!  

We were up early, and out of the house.  It was a frosty morning, but the roads where clear.  We headed to a bigger town for our special Christmas purchase.  We first had to hit Costco........got that out of the way.  Then...we were at the pet store, and Sugar got to look over about 10 little Robo Hamsters to find her special one.  It did not take her long to pick her little girl out.  She was SURE almost immediately.  

We got her purchased....and into the jeep, and the heater on.  There was ICE everywhere!  We are not used to such cold.  Sugar opened the little cardboard house they put our hammy in, and stuck her hand in to see if the little one would be scared or friendly.  She was QUITE friendly, and soon ran up her arm and jumped to the floor of the jeep.  I about died.....how can we lose her in like the first 5 minutes??????  She must have been stunned, though....because she just sat there, and Sugar scooped her up and deposited her into the travel home we brought.  We cooed at her the rest of the way home.  

Sugar is in love already.  She named her Kiwi.  There is an extra photo of her connected to this entry.  Sugar could not be more excited and proud to have this new little pet.  Woo Hoo!  A successful Christmas present.
