Christmas baking - a herd of reindeer

A few years ago I came across an idea online of using upside down gingerbread men as reindeer biscuits... I've never quite got round to giving it a go, until today! We had to adjust our cut outs slightly (we clearly have an unusual gingerbread man cutter, which has arms as long as its legs, which wouldn't work so well for a reindeer's ears...) but we got there in the end, and had a lot of fun applying the finishing touches. I suspect this won't be the last time we make these :-)
