Wednesday Girls' Christmas walk & lunch

The weather looked very dark and foreboding this morning at 8am, but the day turned out fine, with even a little sun, and no rain at all, although a lot of wind, and quite cold too.

We had booked a soup 'n sandwich lunch at the Golf Club, and it was nice.  Marion and Margaret treated us all to a glass of sparkling wine.  And we presented them with their Christmas card and gift; they do a great job for us in organising our monthly outings, all by public transport.

I made up a collage of a selection of photos.  We got hooted by a lot of cars as we walked with all our festive gear on...... well, you have to, don't you!!!!
