SOC!
I've been playing experimenting with my new camera a bit recently.
This has led to quite a lot of failures (many hundreds of frames!), but I am starting to get the feel of it.
There are several toys in the box, including HDR, or High Dynamic Range, which takes two shots with different values and then sticks them together to give you good skies.
It works.
Big skies.
This is the view from the back garden of the wheat field, the East Coast Mainline, and Doon Hill, the first step up from the coast into the Lammermuirs.
