Cookie day

Grandchildren are on Christmas break from school, so I had help in cookie baking and more help later on in decorating them. They are all big enough to be actual help. Ethan initiated an interesting conversation about words, how in his mind some of them are very powerful ( please!), others weak (pass). 
This morning we woke up to green fields, the rain during the night had scoured the snow away.
