Gold Splats

Hmmmm.....put a pound on this week so gave the weigh in a miss! Not doing too well this month as I've had so very many events occurring and that always makes it hard to stick to the plan. I shan't stop though, steady away is what I promised myself and I knew there'd be periods where I'd fall off the wagon so I'm gonna get right back on!

A lovely day here in Bridlington and East Riding. I cleared off my emails then took a trip down to Goole to make sure that my officer receiving the bad news on Friday was ok. I've been in Scotland since with work, so this was my first chance to see her.

Sorry it's another chimney pot sunset folks, but many weekdays this is what I'm happiest doing!
