Thyme

It was thyme to try and clear out some space in the freezer today. Dinner was an amalgam of several different left-overs which were needing eaten up.This was my lunch - a single portion of leek and potato soup complete with a dollop of creme fraiche and a twist of black pepper. Yum.

When I originally made this, the family didn't much like it. Even though I had put a lot of thyme and effort into it, they said it was too herby. (I thought it was fine).

It would appear I had too much thyme in it.

Somethymes, there's not enough thyme in the day.

To some, there's too much thyme.

It's all a matter of taste really.

....and for those who have managed to read to the end of this garbage, it's thyme for bed.
