A Sense of Foreboding

While the sea rushing in as in the extra photo was quite easy on the eye looking due south there was a sense of what was and is to come. A strange light just after mid-day before the wind really whipped up with torrential rain this evening.

Both NorthLink and Loganair suggesting that travellers look at alternative arrangements if travelling south on Friday and Saturday as cancellations are expected.  Now glad we decided to stay at home for Christmas.
