Love you, Mummy!

I sit uploading this photo whilst listening to the cathartic sound of the wind and rain absolutely lashing against the windows. We have been exceptionally lucky with the weather though, dry, if windy, all day, so it has chosen the right time to turn into a storm! 

Today has included a trip to Dobbies Garden Centre where Polly was the centre of attention from many an adoring fan. The garden centre was already full of a sale with huge reductions on Christmas decorations...the season seems to start earlier each year and in turn, so do the Christmas sales! 

This afternoon we enjoyed a lovely, long stroll through the woods and along the cycle track in Troon. Polly got herself a pair of perfectly designed black boots (with thanks to the mud!) and a great black beard!! I jumped straight into the shower with her on our return to give her a power wash - she is such a little star, never really fusses! I really like this photo, you can see the love in the eyes of my sister as she looks at Polly, and you just know that love is completely reciprocated.
