Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Today I was up & out to post the last Christmas Cards & then on to see Mum. After copious amounts of chat & of course tea her lunch was ready & so whilst she was eating I walked up to the church to have a chat with Dad in the churchyard & have a look around the church ...the light was really beautiful in the church today  (and out) & I felt that Dad was with me, helping me choose what to photograph. ...well I took loads of shots and I even noticed an original corbel that I had never noticed before despite visiting this church hundreds of times. It was here that Mum & Dad were married & we (my sister & I) were Christened.....now its the resting place of all those people that we knew & loved...

Anyhow it was good to have some quiet time here today - not even Mum fussing ...

Home then to be greeted by a young man who was visiting for an hour. 

Its been sunny & very mild
