Homemade Gingerbread men and stars.

I had a good baking session last evening and was pleased with the results.
I used the recipe from the current edition of Vegetarian Christmas magazine for chocolate gingerbread.
The dough can produce about 25 biscuits and I used three different size cutters, that I bought from Wilko in Accrington.
