Shrine

I pass by this pond most days on my way to/from work.
This shrine seems to have appeared overnight.
No idea what/whom it might be for.
Hope it's not a sad story but it probably is.

A day for sad stories.
An old colleague of mine lost her 18 year old son on Monday.
Found out today.
He was struggling and they couldn't keep him in this world anymore.
So sad.
