Back at Ham Wall

After the regulation 20 lengths of the pool this morning, I cycled out to Ham Wall Nature Reserve for the first time in weeks. Despite a couple of showers on the way, the sun came out when I got there so I enjoyed a picnic lunch with these blue skies and reflections. On the way back my legs reminded me that I haven't swum and cycled on the same day like this in some time; how do those Brownlee brothers manage a run as well (especially without stopping for a picnic lunch)?
