Brewing day
I made my first beer by mashing, using the BIAB (brew in a bag) technique.. I've previously this year made beer twice using malt extracts. It took long and everything didn't go as planned, mostly because I tried to use a bit too large amount of malt for the size of pot I used in mashing. But I got it done anyway. Now it takes about two weeks until my stout is ready to be bottled.
