Grey

The last couple of days after going out for my blip it's been clear that a wonderful sunset was going to follow. There didn't seem much hope of that today.

It's been fairly grey all day butthis morning I walked down to the village to post the last of the things that need posting. After that we had our annual interview for the 'Understanding Society' research. It's a longitudinal study of social and economic circumstances and attitudes. The nice lady comes to our home and it only takes a couple of hours of our time.

When I got to go out it was still grey and it was now raining so the challenge was to find something that made the best of the grey so it's a high key silver birch that I'm serving up for you.
