A bit of a tangle

I have a white ear sponge and a black because I keep losing them and I couldn't find any match - a bit like socks, there must be a place for all disappeared ear sponges (my wife would like me to point out at this juncture that my socks are delivered in perfect condition and any missing must be my own (limited) input into the washing process). Anyway a black and a white does allow me to tell left from right, not that I need a reminder, honestly ~ which is very useful when travelling by bike. I hate it when I put the wrongly shaped earphone into my ear. I am continually, despite gizmos and accoutrement, getting my leads into a tangle...
