Icing......Early!!!!

Look what I've been doing since 6am this morning!!!!
But working silently as hubby and son were still asleep........
So couldn't mix the weighed cake ingredients yet...
It's a small fruit cake which I will ice and decorate for my cousin...
But iced my batch of Mince Pies I made yesterday (silently, of course) and obviously only those that survived!!!!!
I also made an Apple Pie ..large Mince Pie and 32 chilli and plain sausages ..now in the freezer ready to go...!
