Not Completely Unfounded Optimism...

Last of the Christmas shopping done, some shops are rather optimistic about summer being on it's way....shortest day just around the corner so maybe not completely unfounded optimism!

Had a lovely surprise when a friend from university and her daughter popped in for a cuppa on their way to a weekend in York, it was so lovely to see them as it had been far too many years..
