Ouch...

Had a good Sunday until 2pm

this is Kassidy playing her hide the toy game (toy under cushion - kill cushion to rescue the toy)

came home moved a chair and set off the nerves in my left leg
currently alternating between pain killers, hot water bottle and screaming

Kassidy isn't amused (nor am I)
