Teeth

The best thing about Katie being allowed to go for her surgery as a child - even better than the fact that they used a numbing gel on her hand before fitting the cannula (which they don't do for adults) and that there were colouring books in the Waiting Room - was that they gave her all her teeth back in a special envelope for the Tooth Fairy...

She was very brave.
