Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.....

Well, for a few minutes whilst the machine is on.

I couldn't believe it....my alarm didn't go off this morning! I woke up at 7:15 and I had to leave for work half an hour later....I had a shower, fed the cat, got dressed, slapped on a bit of make up and ate a quick bowl of Rice Krispies...but didn't have time for a cuppa. All the lights were against me, but I made it...phew. I hope it goes off tomorrow. 

It was a busy day and I'm glad to be home now. Lou says she is dressing up as an elf next week at work, I want to dress up but I don't really have anything Christmassy. I have a Dracula outfit, a steampunk outfit, a 70s hippie outfit and two Barbara Windsor sparkly hearts. What can I do???

Film Star Friday


Well, I always judge the film star friday entries on a Sunday and today is the last time. How can I choose a first, second or third? I am going to award first place to EVERYONE:

Paola...White Christmas. I hope you've had a shave now, Paola lol

Ukelelehaley...Bad Santa. It was so good of D to have a few drinks to make sure his eyes had that authentic boozy look...that's dedication!

Artyfartyannie...Sully. It was your first entry to FSF, better late than never. And a great entry too.

Syetuttle...Polar Express. I can almost hear Tom Hanks lol

Robert10...James Bond. It had to be a Bond one to finish the series. Licensed to thrill at the office party!

mambo...Shadow of the Vampire. Oh, S I loved your teeth, I hope you wore them all day he he he he.

nickimags888...Point Break. Oh wow...those waves were awesome, don't you just love it when nature is so obliging when we need a photo. 

There have been many others who have contributed to FSF over the last few months and their entries have been brilliant too. I do have to thank Green56 as the whole film star friday came about after a conversation with her. I had uploaded a photo of myself doing something or other (I know, it is very unlike me...lol) and she said that she couldn't bear to do selfies. I said that if she didn't take herself seriously and hid behind a costume or make up or another personna she could do anything.....and before we knew it we had challenged each other to FSF....the rest is history. What fun we've had, but it was time for a break. We can start up again sometime next year...so get your thinking caps on.
