Amish deer tongue

In all the excitement of unpacking yesterday's smoked cheese and peedie tatties I'd forgotten that the annual delivery from the Heritage Seed Library had arrived too. And being otherwise blip-less today, it was the easy option. True, the packets are less colourful than those on commercial seeds, but the names tend to be far more interesting. Anyone know what an Amish deer's tongue looks like?

Oh, and the celeriac was my lucky dip - have never tried growing the stuff, but now we'll have to give it a shot!
