Templetons Business Centre

Previously it was a carpet factory.  Modelled on the Doges Palace in Venice.

This was very much Plan B.  I wanted a picture of the nearby Doulton Fountian illuminated, but most of the spotlights seem to be non functioning just now so there wasn't sufficeint light.
