Minstrel's Point of View...

The staff are a weird lot! At first I was thrilled! They have installed these magnificent toys for me - two of them! 

Normally with big installation toys I can take or leave them. I prefer the boxes they come in, to be honest. But these are amazing! they could be climbed, hidden in, slept under or claw - sharpened, and they have delightful shiny stuff just begging to be swatted or taffled.

But note the use of the phrase "Could be"! Why have they gone to all this effort when they will not let me touch the damned things? I was half way up this yesterday and the language from the maidservant's mouth would have made a docker blush! What are they playing at?
