It Was Wonderful........

...To spend a little time at the sea side today.

We took some friends for a thank you nosh at a very lovely restaurant....they were so awesome in helping us move and fixing up exploding dishwashers......and generally being there when we needed them.....which saved our bacon several times.......
....then we went for a trip to the ocean.

I got quite a laugh from those looking on as i am trying to weild my camera with one hand...always good to be a source of amusement for others.

I seem to be tired a lot these days and just that outing has taken the wind out of my sails...time for some pain killers a cup of tea and bed.
