My Flocking Entry to the Blippish Bakeoff.

It's based on a Bundt cake using my usual sponge batter but with a spoonful of cinnamon and a spoonful of nutmeg for a seasonal flavour.
The 'bumps' around the top of the cake are well and truly flocked up to, I hope, give the impression of snowy mountains and the flocking is jam to make dessicated coconut stick and then generous lashings of icing sugar.
