Glow On The Dark

Back on 'home' turf in Shropshire. Usual trip down town with my dad and tour of Tesco, and Lidl. His eye sight is bad so when we go to the shops together he likes to find out what everything in the shop actually is. I have to explain what it is and how to cook it. I'm quite happy to do it and sometimes I discover things that I've not really looked at before.
In the evening I escaped for a run round town and checked out the Christmas lights.
