Not a Serene Day

Eek....feeling crook today but it was a non-stop one.

Firstly, I took a call from a journo at The Times wanting to know about cultural stuff in performance sport in Scotland. I tried to present balanced arguments but we'll see if/when he uses my quotes. 

Then immediately after I had to sort a disaster waiting to happen, then it was a tutorial, another meeting, a little bit of work, a coaching call, some assessing and then the day was finished.
