Day one

Up at 7 with Chris after going to bed at 12pm followed by Rach half hr later.
Off to the supermarket at 10 to do a big shop and back at 12.30.
Rach spent the whole day in the poolside you can see she has a nice red face, she hates having cream on as it goes in her eyes, I keep telling her she will end up a wrinkly old lady and we have a lot of moaning as I do it.

Chris enjoyed a good session in the pool playing with the boys and then we went off to the Chinese buffet for tea.
Rach tried a few more things and Chris did well with two plates of food, nothing too adventurous.
Boys went to the sports bar for footy and we came back for games and drinks.
