Burnswark

Having grown up practically in sight of the flat-topped hill in Dumfries-shire with its long story of Iron Age and Roman occupation, I was interested to drop into the "Offensive Romans" exhibition at Peebles Museum.   There was a lot of interesting archaeology done there in recent months, and some of the results are laid out here in what is a fascinating exhibition, and well worth a visit.
