Cemetery Thursday

When all else fails...I've always got the Great Lakes National Cemetery.

It was c-o-l-d today. The high was 14F, and as I type...it is down to 9F. My chihauhau hates it...as do I.

But, just because it's cold, the burials and services don't stop at the cemetery. I always feel sorry for the workers this time of year. It seems you can bundle up only so much.

The only good thing about the day? Although it wasn't working (not giving off heat)...the sun actually made an appearance today. Always good to see.

On Saturday, Wreaths Across America will be laying Christmas wreaths in front of all the graves. I'll try to shoot it after they set them out. It is always very colorful...and moving.
