These days the modern media person needs to be interviewer, cameraman, and director.

I've been interviewed and am going to end up on TV somewhere. Don't ask.

I was asked to take my specs off as they were reflecting the camera light. I explained that this would make me look a vain ******. And I prefer to be behind my specs. No matter, I did what the multi-tasking media man asked me to do.

I thought it only fair that I ask if I could take a photo myself. I wasn't expecting him to pose. Good for him.

It has been the most challenging day of one very challenging week. Christmas preparations are entirely suspended for both of us.
