Christmas Cooking

My mechanic friend turned back up this afternoon to finish off fitting new shocks to my car; we took the opportunity to do some local Christmas present shopping.

On returning home, Mrs BB continued with her flaky corned beef pasty making which we'll freeze and keep for The Boxing Day family get together. She's famed for her sherry trifles and these delicious pasties, plus has already made the chesecake. I did offer to buy the food to avoid stress but she's pushed the boat out and volunteered to make most of the fare.
