A Glimpse of Summer

I had a walk round the garden to remind myself what little jobs need doing over the coming weeks. What a lovely surprise to see glimpses of colour in my hydrangeas. I think I will leave them a while longer..reminders of summer!

Last professional work day today! In education speak I am "breaking up" today. Jack "breaks up" next Weds. Suddenly struck me what a strange phrase "breaking up" is!
