Farewell

Said goodbye to Corsa after 14 years in August which was sad and this time it was goodbye to VW Golf estate although only four years old travelled many miles for happy journeys and it was a joy to drive.

Loved when I swapped Corsa on a Thursday for it and could whiZ round Broxden on the inside lane - good having a bit of speed on corners. Plenty room for all our crap in the boot!

Now I need to master all the dials and non handbrake and key hole of the new one, and keeping it clean :(

Mum got her eye lasered at Ninewells today. The good eye was the macular degeneration one that got the injections. The eye doc said the cataract is quite thick but should be a success, even although it's her second laser. Fingers crossed, won't know till tomorrow till the drops and anesthetic wears off.
