Chilly Bison, Frozen Snowman

 We started the day with an on again / off again ice storm as the temperature is just above freezing (32F / 0C).
The slow accumulation of ice through the day will accelerate through the night.
It seems this storm will be very significant in disrupting life in the Willamette Valley this evening and tomorrow morning.
