Stretford Lights

Last year several houses in Stretford put on a "12 Days of Christmas" window display. Our daughter, Anna, did "Three French Hens", and very fine they were! This year, to enable greater involvement, anyone living in a participating street can join in. The displays began on the 1st. December, with a new street beginning its display on each day afterwards. Anna's street display started on the 9th. December- hence the 9 within her window. It all sounds rather complicated, but the upshot is wonderful window displays in 20 streets in Stretford.
