What is it?

I am used to garden toys appearing one of my neighbour's sheds; but now this! It is very big. Garden bathing tub? Not at all sure. The extra is one of our squirrels that torment Jimmy by raiding the bird feeders. While I was getting a shot of the tub I noticed some movement on a tree close by. Managed to get a shot off and have edited the picture to zoom in.
